The Local NHS Clinical Commissioning Group has undertaken a consultation to axe the ‘White Horse’ walk in GP centre and the Minor Injuries Unit at Gravesend Community Hospital and relocate them, potentially, to Darent Valley Hospital. All local residents know that our local health services are already very busy and sending them to a hospital a distance away will create additional issues for local people including transport and parking costs.

We are asking residents to complete the below online petition that, combined with our paper petition we are taking to as many local residents as we can, will show that local Gravesend residents wish to retain our local Walk In GP centre and Minor Injuries Unit in Gravesend.

We, the undersigned, call on the Secretary of State for Health to intervene with the Dartford and Gravesham CCG of the NHS and ensure that they listen to the people of Gravesham and maintain a local walk in GP centre in Gravesham and maintain the Minor Injuries Unit at Gravesend Community Hospital.
